We’re a Veteran owned and operated small business. We provide exceptional obedience training, protection training, detection training, and so much more to dogs and their owners. We aim to build a balanced, obedient, and social companion for the community. Dogs are bred with a purpose in mind, but that doesn’t mean every dog can fulfill that purpose. Not every German Shepherd can do protection and not every Labrador Retriever can retrieve. A dog must have the genetic aptitude to fulfill it’s purpose. Some dogs can do things they weren’t bred for as well! We encourage you to try out many different sports and activities with your own dog. You may be surprised to find your dog not only loving it, but succeeding at it!

Meet the Head Trainer
Terry Adams Jr., is the CEO and Head Trainer at TK9 (Tactical K9). As a renowned dog trainer and handler, he has over 9 years of civilian and military experience training dogs in narcotics and explosives detection, obedience, guard, home protection, sports, and as well as over 16 years of personal experience training, breeding, and handling canines. After attending college, he decided to join the US Army. During his military career, he was both a dog trainer and bomb dog handler for 6 years.
